We can protect ourselves from covid through shatkriyas, asanas and pranayamas with mudras and bandhas practices until we get vaccine. There are excellent practices available in our traditional yogic science where we can fight with any potentially dangerous viruses not only corona. Practising the yoga daily can increase the immunity power but we should not think it in this way. Everyone should feel that they should realise themselves that there is a god within. So we should identify that supreme power in our body through Yoga without any delay. Yoga is just a term we are using here representing the asanas, pranayamas, mudras, bandhas, shatkriyas, meditations etc. Here we can say that this is the process of Ashtangayoga.

Ashtangayoga: yama – 10 niyamas – 10 asanas – 84 lakhs pranayamas – 150 prathyahara – 5 dharana – 1 dhyana – 1 samadhi – 2. We will discuss in detail in tommorrow’s post. Thank you.
